I placed an order.  When will I receive it?

On average, orders are usually processed and delivered in 7 business days.


I received my order, with visible shipping damage.  What should I do?

Have the carrier make note of the damage, and contact us.  We will process the claim, and get a replacement on its way to you.


I received my order, and found broken or missing parts.  What should I do?

In your package, there should be a diagram with parts listing. If that is missing, you can find the parts listing at www.redcatracing.com under the Parts tab, and clicking on your model.  You should contact us with any information that you can provide about the missing or broken parts, and we will either provide the parts, or arrange for replacement.


What is your Shipping Policy?

Items are usually shipped within 3 business days. We will forward the tracking information to your email address, so that you can track the shipment.  If, for some reason the shipment isn't on its way in 3 business days, we will notify you of this, also.

Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.


What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

I want to make a purchase, but I need to make payments.
