Returns are allowed, for 30 days after receipt, if the product isn't to your satisfaction.  Contact us, and we will make arrangements for the carrier to pick it up, or you may return it to us, with a short note about your dissatisfaction, for a full refund.
 

In the event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock, we will notify you with the details on when we expect to be able to fill the backorder, and offer options that are available, including refunds, or comparable merchandise.

Items are usually shipped on the next business day, after processing.  We will forward the tracking information to your email address, so that you can track the shipment.  If, for some reason the shipment isn't on its way in 3 business days, we will notify you of this, also. 

In the event that your package shows visible damage, have the carrier make note of the damage, and contact us.  We will work with the carrier to arrange an exchange delivery.
